Community Wellness offers preparation classes for all of the members of the family in the areas of childbirth and infant care for new parents, grandparents, siblings, and caregivers including: Prepared Childbirth, New Baby Care, Boot Camp for New Dads, Infant Safety and CPR, Moms Breastfeeding Group, Breastfeeding Class, Sibling Class, and Infant Massage.
